The construction, named

A fully hermetic compact compressor. The motor and the compressor sealed in one welded housing, so there is no shaft seal to leak. Nine boxes in this family and one describes what is inside it.

The range

+10 °C to −10 °C, adjustable precisely on a digital display. Published at both ends, which four boxes here manage.

−10 °C chills and keeps frozen food frozen. It does not freeze fresh food properly, which wants −18 °C. Five boxes here reach that; this one does not.

The capacity, described carefully

38 litres, 61 cans, or nine 1.5 litre bottles of which eight stand upright. That last detail — how many stand up — is the kind of thing that only appears when someone has actually packed one.

German Amazon store quoted about 270 € when this page was compiled.

French and Spanish Amazon stores wanted more than 1.6× what the cheapest country wanted. A margin that wide usually means stock shipped in from elsewhere rather than a seller on the ground, so those quotes stay out of the range above.

British and Italian Amazon catalogues carry an entry for it, with nobody selling.

What does “fully hermetic” mean?

The compressor and its motor are sealed in one welded housing, so the refrigerant circuit cannot leak at a shaft seal. It is the standard construction for reliable small compressors, and naming it is more informative than “efficient”.

Is −10 °C enough?

For chilling and for keeping already-frozen food frozen over a short journey, yes. For freezing food from fresh, no — that wants −18 °C, which five boxes in this family reach and this one does not.
