One cable charges the bank and charges a device from it. That halves what has to be carried, and it is the practical difference between this bank and one supplied bare.
Why does no solar bank publish its panel specification?
Because the figure would be small. An integrated panel is a few square centimetres and produces a fraction of a watt. Publishing an area or a charging time would make the limitation explicit, and five listings here avoid it.
