The range

0.2 W to 3680 W. Both ends published, in the fourth bullet, alongside 16 A at 230 V AC 50 Hz.

The lower end is the point. Standby draw sits between a third of a watt and a couple of watts, and a meter with a one-watt floor reports most of it as nothing.

The accuracy

±2 %, with a unit. Three of the seven plug meters in this family publish an accuracy figure; this is one of them, and it is the loosest of the three.

For comparing one appliance against another, two percent is not what limits the answer.
