Five settings, a timer, and no software to depend on.

The steps

6 A, 8 A, 10 A, 13 A, 16 A. Five discrete values rather than a range.

That matters more than it looks. A setting you can name is a setting you can check against the circuit; a slider is a guess. Sixteen amps for a modern dedicated socket, six for an old ring with other things on it.

The timer

Delayed start from 1 to 12 hours, built into the control unit.

No app, no account, no network. Set twelve hours and it starts when you said, and it will still do that in a decade when whatever app this might have shipped with has stopped being updated.

The build

TPU sheath, IP65, −30 °C to 50 °C. TPU stays flexible when it is cold, which on a cable coiled in a frozen boot is the property you notice.

The speed

3.7 kW at 230 V. Slow by design. This is charging where there is a socket, not charging quickly.

Something to note

That is stated as observed. What it means for the two products is a question for the sellers.
