In Germany, under the rules the title alludes to, plug-in installations up to a stated ceiling are treated differently from larger ones — though registration duties may still apply. In other countries the answer differs, and in some the connection method itself is restricted. A title cannot answer this for your address.
What does anti-reflective glass change?
It reduces light bounced off the surface, so slightly more reaches the cells, particularly at low sun angles. It is a real coating and it is also the part most damaged by abrasive cleaning, which the panel maker’s instructions will address.
