The capitalised sentence

Strand diameter is not cross-section. mm is a diameter; mm² is an area. A cable described by the first and bought as though it were the second is dramatically undersized, and this is a known problem on this shelf — measurable by stripping a sample and measuring the conductor.

The seller puts it in its first bullet, in capitals, before describing the product. That is worth more than most of what follows it.

The two temperature ratings

−30 °C to +80 °C fixed. −5 °C to +70 °C flexing. Publishing both is correct: a cable that moves is worked harder than one clipped down, and the ratings differ.

The conductor

99.9 % oxygen-free copper, self-extinguishing and flame-retardant.
