The case

Transparent and insulating, described as protecting the user while allowing the connection to be monitored. On a board that has been closed up, seeing the terminals without opening anything is worth having.

CE, offered in place of an accuracy class

CE certification is offered as the quality statement. CE says the product may be sold in Europe; it does not say how accurately it measures. Two meters in this family carry MID approval, which does exactly that, and this is not one of them.
