What arrives

One holder, 25 cm of 4 mm² cable already attached at both ends, a rubber body and a waterproof lid. Nothing to crimp.

The cross-section

Four square millimetres for a 30 A rating. That is the right pairing — a holder rated 30 A on thin tails is a 30 A fuse in a smaller circuit, and the tails decide.

The sealing

A fully moulded rubber body rather than two plastic halves clipped together. No IP figure is published, which is the gap; the construction is described instead.

The voltage this holder is good for

A voltage. The listing names cars, trucks, boats, solar installations and 12 V/24 V systems, and gives no voltage rating for the holder itself. Blade fuses are conventionally 32 V components, and a 48 V battery bank is a different question.

And no fuse

Supplied alone. A fuse sized to the load has to be bought with it.

Availability

German, French and Italian Amazon stores quoted about 4 € when this page was compiled.

British Amazon store carries it too, priced in its own currency, which the euro range above deliberately omits.

Spanish Amazon store wanted more than 1.6× what the cheapest country wanted. A margin that wide usually means stock shipped in from elsewhere rather than a seller on the ground, so that quote stays out of the range above.

American Amazon store returned nothing at all, so the buy button there runs a search instead of landing on an empty page.
