What it does

Carries exhaust gas away. A generator or a diesel heater produces carbon monoxide, and where that gas leaves is not a detail — it is the whole safety question.

Two metres of flexible hose moves the exit point away from a doorway, a window or an air intake.

The fit

The material

Stainless steel, named, described as corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant. Highly extensible, bendable into position and able to return to shape.

That flexibility is what lets the run follow an awkward path around a vehicle or a shed.

The noise

The third bullet claims a good noise-reduction effect. No figure is given, and a flexible pipe does change exhaust note — reported as claimed.

The two questions the listing leaves open

Any temperature rating, on a part carrying exhaust gas. And the wall thickness, which decides how long a flexible pipe survives the heat cycling.

And one it does not raise at all: adding exhaust length adds back-pressure, which is a question for the machine maker rather than for a hose listing.

German Amazon store quoted about 13 € when this page was compiled.

British Amazon store carries it too, priced in its own currency, which the euro range above deliberately omits.

French and Italian Amazon stores wanted more than 1.6× what the cheapest country wanted. A margin that wide usually means stock shipped in from elsewhere rather than a seller on the ground, so those quotes stay out of the range above.

Spanish Amazon catalogue carries an entry for it, with nobody selling.

American Amazon store returned nothing at all, so the buy button there runs a search instead of landing on an empty page.
