Why flexible, and what it costs
No frame, no glass, ETFE laminate instead. That lets the panel follow a van roof or a cabin top, and it removes the possibility of tilting it. A flexible panel lies where the surface lies, which is usually flat — and flat panels collect dirt, hold water and run hotter than tilted ones.
The mounting kit
Six stainless eyelets pre-fitted and six straps per panel, with adhesive backing named as an alternative. That is a complete answer to installation, which flexible panels often leave open.
The diode argument
Bypass diodes named, with the failure they prevent described: reverse current at night or in low light, which discharges the battery and heats the module. Naming a component and the problem it solves is more useful than naming it alone.

What do the bypass diodes do?
The fourth bullet describes them as preventing reverse current at night or in poor light, which would otherwise discharge the battery and heat the module. In daylight they also let current route around a shaded section rather than being throttled by it.
Does “24 V” tell me anything useful?
Only that the set is intended for a 24 V system. It is not the module’s open-circuit voltage, which is what a controller’s input window is checked against, and that figure is not published.
