Why does a supplied controller change the purchase?
Because a panel connected straight to a battery has nothing managing the charge. A controller is the component that stops it, and buying a panel with one removes a separate purchase and a compatibility question — which is what distinguishes this from most folding panels here.
Is a PWM or MPPT controller supplied?
