The only reel here that admits its rating has a condition.
Three thousand watts, uncoiled
The third bullet states it plainly: maximum 3000 W at 230 V with the extension cable unwound.
Four reels in this family. Three give a single number. This one says which state the number applies to.
That matters because a wound drum cannot shed heat. The inner turns sit against each other with nowhere to send it, and a load that is fine laid out will slowly cook them. Every reel rating is conditional; one listing says so.
The coiled figure itself is still not published — which is the remaining half of the question.
The restart lock
A thermal switch with a restart lock. When it trips, it stays tripped.
Without that, a reel that overheated cools, re-energises itself with the same load still connected, overheats again, and does it all unattended. The lock makes someone come and look.
The build, in detail
Impact-resistant housing. Painted steel tube stand. Cable guide with a sliding parking brake. Rotating handle. Sprung drum bearing. Two-colour carrying handle. Cable clip. Box 240 × 160 × 315 mm.
More mechanical detail than any other reel here — and a reel is a mechanism as much as a cable.
IP44, temporarily
Four splash-proof sockets, IP44 throughout, stated for temporary outdoor use. The cable is H05VV-F, the PVC family, and the listing does not pretend it will live outside.
