Twenty-five watts, with the day’s work written down.
A hundred watt-hours a day
Four chargers in this family publish a wattage. One publishes what that wattage delivers.
A hundred watt-hours is roughly eight amp-hours into a twelve-volt battery: several times a typical parasitic drain, or a small pump run intermittently, or a real contribution to a fridge. That is a number you can plan against, where a wattage is a number you have to convert first.
Nothing at night
Stated explicitly: no night-time power consumption.
That is the whole point of a maintenance charger. An unregulated panel becomes a load after dark and gives back what it collected. A controller that draws nothing is what makes the difference between maintaining a battery and cycling it pointlessly.
Temperature compensation
The controller adjusts the charge voltage for battery temperature. A cold battery wants a higher voltage and a hot one a lower; a controller that ignores this either undercharges in winter or cooks in summer.
Both cables
Crocodile clips for connecting and disconnecting. O-ring terminals for a permanent installation. Both supplied, rather than one and a choice to make later.
The bracket
360° rotatable, with the screws.
What is missing
The cable length. On a charger whose whole installation is a question of how far the panel can be from the battery, that is the figure to ask for — and the VEVOR charger in this family publishes over four metres.
