One milliamp

The whole point. Most clamp meters start being useful at an amp; this one resolves to a thousandth of that in both AC and DC.

That is the resolution a parasitic drain needs — the tens of milliamps that flatten a vehicle battery over a fortnight, found without disconnecting anything.

The shape of it

Mini body, rear belt clip, side probe holder. Named in the fifth bullet and genuinely useful: testing a live wire while holding a probe and a torch is a two-hand job on a one-hand ladder.

The filters

Low impedance against phantom and residual voltage. NCV reachable from any function rather than as a separate mode.

Everything else

Temperature, capacitance, frequency, resistance, continuity, millivolts, AC and DC voltage, live-wire detection. True RMS, 6000 counts, auto-ranging.

The omission that matters here

No zero function is described. On a DC clamp the sensor reads an offset with nothing flowing, and it drifts with temperature.

On a meter sold for milliamp measurements, that offset is not noise around the answer — it can be larger than the answer. It is the first question to put to the seller.
