The contradiction
The title states 12 V to 230 V. The first bullet states that it converts 12 V DC to 120 V AC. Those are different products for different continents, and nothing on the page reconciles them.
This site does not choose. It reports both and says the question has to be settled with the seller before the unit is wired to anything.
What is otherwise well specified

The title says 230 V and the first bullet says 120 V. They cannot both be right, and this page does not choose between them. The answer has to come from the seller before the unit is connected to anything.
What does an earth fault indicator add?
It signals a fault current leaking to earth, which is a different fault from a short circuit or an overload. Naming it separately is unusual on this shelf, and it is the only one of these eight inverters to do so.
