The bottom line A well-made decorative object with a published IP rating and a named material. Seven of its eight specification lines are empty, which is the most in this family.
A lotus in stainless steel and amber glass.
What it is
An ornament that lights. Vintage stainless steel, amber crackle glass, petals cut with a vintage pattern and shapeable by hand. It is bought for how it looks in daylight as much as for what it does at night.
The one specification
IP65. Dust-tight and resistant to water jets, published. That is the rating that decides whether it survives a winter, and six of the seven lights here publish one.
And the seven that are missing
Brightness. Run time. Battery capacity. Replaceability. Panel size. Colour temperature as a figure. Motion detection, where none is fitted.
What the material tells you
Stainless steel rather than painted or plated metal. On an object left in a border through several winters, that is the difference between a light and a stain on the lawn.

German and French Amazon stores quoted 15 € to 17 € when this page was compiled.
British Amazon store carries it too, priced in its own currency, which the euro range above deliberately omits.
Italian and Spanish Amazon stores wanted more than 1.6× what the cheapest country wanted. A margin that wide usually means stock shipped in from elsewhere rather than a seller on the ground, so those quotes stay out of the range above.
American Amazon store returned nothing at all, so the buy button there runs a search instead of landing on an empty page.

Questions owners ask about this one
Does stainless steel matter on a garden light?
It resists corrosion where painted steel and plated zinc do not, which on something left outside for years is the difference between a light and a rusty one. It is one of two lights in this family to name its material.
How bright is it?
Unknown from the page. No lumen figure, no LED count, no battery capacity, no run time. One light in this family publishes a lumen figure; this is not it.
