No brush, no pressure
The first and third bullets are the argument: it acts on its own against algae, lichen and biofilm, with no pressure washer and no brushing.
That protects the thing most likely to be damaged by cleaning — the anti-reflective coating on the glass, plus the seals and the frame. A stiff brush on a roof array does more harm over a decade than the green growth does.
The growth dies and weather takes it away. Nothing is rinsed off.
The long-term part
The active substance stays in the surface and prevents regrowth. That is a different proposition from a clean: it is a treatment.
The declaration
The listing states in its own words that biocidal products are to be used with care and that the label must be read before use.
That is the right thing to print and it is also the limit of what a product page can say. A biocide has dosing, handling and environmental conditions set on its own label, and those are where the answers are.
